Purchases, sales, leases, etc. Residential, commercial, or ranch/farm property. Due diligence for either Seller or Buyer. Easements, road and access issues, boundary and fencing issues, title and other ownership issues, land partitions, and surface use and damage agreements.

Natural Resources Law:

We represent landowners with oil and gas lease negotiations, oil spill clean-up and damages, title issues, other mineral leases (including bentonite), timber sales contracts, solar/wind energy leases, water law, and other natural resources related issues.
